Please feel free to ask for our address and arrange a time to visit us if you wish to view a teardrop or pickup an order. How to OrderTo order parts, teardrops or anything from the Aussie Teardrop Camper site, simply email or phone us with your order so that we can prepare a quote for you that will include the price of your purchase and any associated freight charges. Make sure you include your name, address (including postcode) and a contact number. To assist you, feel free to download the teardrop order form or the parts price list. FreightGiven the size of many of our products, freight charges will vary and will depend on your location as well as the order that you place. We do our best to find the most affordable means of transporting your order, using Australia Post where possible. You are welcome to pick up your order or arrange your own transport if you would prefer. PaymentPayment is usually made by direct deposit into our bank account using the BSB and A/C numbers above. Please ensure you include your name in the reference details when making a deposit. Your purchase will be sent once we receive confirmation of payment. Please note that Aussie Teardrop Campers does not handle payment of the teardrops advertised by people on our second hand page. Payment should be arranged directly with the person selling the teardrop. |
